Coming Up at Sacred Quest
Some of you may be aware that Diane, Michylynn and I have been in Sedona, Arizona this past week. Sedona is an amazing town with a spiritual emphasis. We had some extraordinary experienced that really can not be explained with words, and we met some amazing people. In addition to our experiences we also got some great products to bring back. For those of you who like to burn sage or other incense, we have some beautiful leather/feather smoke fans. I have never seen anything like them. The same artist also does an oracle deck based on Sedona, so we got those too. We hope you will drop by and check them out soon.
Below is a list of workshops that are coming up in the next couple of weeks. We would like remind you that if you have registered in a workshop, even if there is no charge, we need you to let us know if you are not attending. Some workshops fill quickly, so when you register you might be placed on a waiting list. It is not unusual to get into a workshop off the waiting list. As well if we have enough people on the waiting list we will schedule another presentation date to accommodate everyone.
Over the last few months we have been asking that if you are attending a “no-charge” workshop please bring a donation for the AIDS Committee of Durham Region's food bank. We are changing our request for donations to a new non-profit organization called My Sister’s Voice. This organization provides information, support and counselling to women in Durham region marginalized by violence, poverty, abuse or sexual-orientation.

Basic Shamanism (2 parts)
Thurs. Nov. 12th, & 26th, 7 - 9 PM

Cost: $40/person
During this course you will be introduced to the concept of the Shamanic Journey as a means to gain understanding and insight into your own life as well as others. We will address topics such as non-ordinary reality, upper, lower and middle worlds, shamanic healing, soul retrieval, divination and more.
Balancing Your Chakras
Tues. Nov. 17th, 7 - 9 PM
Facilitator: Michlynn Walton
Cost: $20/person
This experiential workshop will provide information on the energy systems of the seven main chakras. Each chakra will be explored, including associated colours and affirmations. This session will include a guided meditation intended to open and balance your chakras
Spirit Guides and Power Animals
Thursday Nov. 26th , 7 - 9 PM
Facilitator: Kim Etherington
Cost: $20/person
We all have spirit helpers around us. They may be the spirits of those we have known from the past or not. Some come in human spirit form, other take the form of animals. This experiential workshop will assist you in opening to, and receiving the guidance of your spirit guides
EFT Refined
Sat. Nov. 28th, noon - 4 PM
Facilitator: Kim Etherington
Cost: $40/person
This session is intended for those who have a good working knowledge and experience with EFT for themselves. In this session we will explore more of the intuitive approaches, how to use EFT with others and expanding your uses for EFT
